Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for KA:
The consent of the SPACECRAFT to sign a standard form of the contract with appendices without a protocol of disagreement (in the attachment), in the absence of a valid contract of JSC "Thunder".
"Calculations for each batch of Equipment and Work are made in the following order:
1) in case of delivery of Equipment without performing installation Work - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note or UPD;
2) in the case of delivery of Equipment with the performance of Works on the installation of Equipment - with a delay of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of acceptance of the completed work or UPD for Work. "
Fixing the cost until 31.03.2024 (inclusive).
The supplier undertakes to accept orders at a fixed cost by 31.03.2024 (inclusive) and to ship to the facilities within the regulatory period.
Production capacity in facilities that the Supplier is ready to allocate for the needs of JSC "Thunder", pcs/month
The offer is valid for at least 60 calendar days
The term of delivery of equipment to the facility of JSC "Thunder" from the date of placing the order (includes the period of purchase of components for production, the production period and delivery of equipment to the Buyer's facility) is no more than 14 calendar days.
The installation period is 2 calendar days. Installation works begin on the day the equipment is delivered to the facility.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

EDS is not required

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
