Payment terms:Оплата по настоящему договору осуществляется Заказчиком путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Исполнителя в следующем порядке: 50% - отсрочка платежа 45 дней, 50%-отсрочка платежа 90 дней после подписания сторонами акта приемки Услуг, при условии предоставления Исполнителем счета-фактуры (счета). Окончательный расчёт по договору производится Заказчиком в течение 90 календарных дней после полного оказания Услуг, включая устранение выявленных в процессе приёмки недостатков (после подписания акта приемки Услуг) при условии предоставления Исполнителем счета-фактуры (счета). По письменному согласованию обеих сторон возможны другие формы расчетов, в том числе путем передачи векселей сроком по предъявлении, но не ранее 90 дней с даты эмиссии, зачеты встречных требований и т.д
