Delivery of complete batch of the products to the Buyer's warehouse: Amursk, Shosse Mashinostroiteley 2.
Comments: 1) Commercial offer shall be executed on the official blank form with the chief executive officer's stamped signature, it shall be attached to the purchasing documentation. 2) The following details must be specified in a commercial offer - the price of the goods including VAT, including the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging expenses (the packaging shall be in accordance with GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96), -measurement units in a commercial offer shall be as requested; - relation to the products (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.);- term of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse; - warranty terms;- approximate volume and weight (for the total volume); - accordance with the agreement. 3) The products shall be new, not used, produced not earlier than 6 months after submission of technical and commercial offer; 4) The certificates of conformity, the manufacturers' certificates, the documents certifying the product quality shall be added to the commercial offer. 5) Before dispatching it is required to provide the photos of the products packaging and the photos of the products marking (requirements to the marking of the uploaded documentation shall be observed). 6) The criteria for selection of the best offer: accordance with the agreement in our wording, the term of supply, the price, the packaging, payment terms and conditions, work experience; 7) This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; 8) This procedure is not a public tender, it is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; 9) Transportation expenses shall be specified in a separate field of the commercial offer, the route: Supplier's warehouse - Buyer's warehouse.
