Delivery terms:
To the buyer's warehouse without VAT, with TZR. Within 10 days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier delivers goods at his own expense and on his own hand to the Buyer's warehouse. It is necessary to have a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods when entering the warehouse. The item to be substituted must be new, not restored. Upon shipment of goods, obligatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoice invoice, TRAD-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

A MANDATORY CONDITION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND CONCLUSION OF A SUPPLY CONTRACT - AVAILABILITY OF STATUS - MANUFACTURER OR EXISTING DEALER AUTHORITY WITH FACTORIES - MANUFACTURERS, PROOF OF SUPPLIER STATUS IS NECESSARY IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE END OF THE REQUEST WITH THE PROVISION OF THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY. THE OFFERED OFFER MUST BE VALID FOR 2 MONTHS.
1. This notice is not a notice of the competition and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of open request for proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who has offered in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice. Availability of certificate is mandatory
3. The contract based on the results of the request for a proposal, in case of determination of the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the request
4. After the end of the bidding in the B2B-Mechel system, the participants submit an offer with the last price electronically by e-mail: E.V.Tuchina@gmz.kuzbass.net within 1 (one) working day from the moment end of submission of proposals. In case of violation of this requirement, all proposals of such participant may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without consideration on the merits.
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to upload proposals by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf of counterparty. To do this, three documents are required:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- A document establishing the right to carry out actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
- Letter withdrawing further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant himself (in free form on the company form with the signature of the authorized person).
Place of procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form at the B2B-Center ETP group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
