Comments: The Goods supplied must be free from defects related to the materials or the work of their manufacture. The Goods delivered must be new, that is, not in service, not restored, not redesigned, not modified, not changed, without any restrictions (bail, ban, seizure, etc.) approved for free circulation in the territory of the Russian Federation not earlier than 2020. The Supplier shall ensure that the Goods supplied are manufactured in accordance with the standards, indicators and parameters approved for the product type; the product is manufactured under factory conditions, is serial. The item must not be an exhibition piece, and must be free of third party rights.
The warranty period for the goods must be not less than 6 (6) months from the date of signing of the invoice, but not less than the period set by the manufacturer (manufacturer).
This procedure for asking prices is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code.
