If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: This competitive procedure, at the preliminary choice of the Supplier, is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (as well as the pre-selection procedure of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code RF. 7. The winner (s) of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, deferred payment, availability /absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions Rusagro)
