The procurement organizer has the right not to consider the technical and commercial proposals of the participants:

- when sending the TCH after the end of the deadline for its submission;
- having unfulfilled obligations under the previously concluded agreements with the companies of the Polymetal holding.
To participate in the procurement procedure, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the procurement documentation and send the following information:
1) Technical and commercial proposal, completed in accordance with the form Appendix 2.2 - form of the supplier's commercial proposal (7589608 v1)
2) 4. Copies of documents in accordance with Appendix 4.
3) Consent to the processing of personal data
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
