The drawings attached to the Requirements Specification are considered valid. The drawings in the exl file are indicative for the calculation of Commercial Proposals.
According to Paragraph 4 in the Requirements Specification
Drawings of filter plates are developed by the Contractor based on the results of inspection of the Customer's filter equipment, carrying out the necessary measurements and studies and coordinated with the Customer. The decision on the use of the developed plates is made based on the results of comparative pilot tests of the pilot batch

These measurements will be made after receiving the best offers.

JSC EVRAZ Vanadium Tula informs that when summing up competitive procedures for the right to conclude a contract, the use of a standard contract form developed by the company is taken into account, among other things. The agreement of the standard form of the contract on the part of the Supplier must be in writing. If the Bidder of the competitive procedures has disagreements about the content of the standard form, changes should be made to the standard form in the editing mode and sent for consideration.
It is mandatory to attach a Commercial Proposal and a company card to the bid documentation
