Ranking of bids

Comments: This Request for Proposals procedure is not an auction, including a tender and/or auction, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The conclusion of a contract with a potential Supplier (Seller) is considered only on the terms of the standard contract form of JSC "NZHS" (the contract form is attached).
