Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms as agreed by the parties. Preference for suppliers that have offered deferred payment not less than 30 days.
Delivery terms:Pickup Buyer from supplier's warehouse. Supplier products shall be delivered in a single or multiple consignments according to the buyer's request.
Delivery time: Terms of delivery date shall be determined by agreement of the parties. The ability to deliver the goods as soon as possible after the conclusion of the contract the supplier an advantage in choosing the winner.
Merchandise must be in new, undamaged, in a package suitable for transportation.

Making requisition of passport/certificate of the product required.
