Comments:
1) Request for proposals with VAT.
2) The volume is indicated for reference. The volume is not fixed.
3) The price of the product is fixed until March 31, 2021. Price changes are not allowed. Delivery to the buyer must be included in the price of the goods.
4) Delivery on current orders to ANY of the specified addresses or ANY point of the specified areas.
5) Delivery time is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application.
6) Agreement in the form of the organizer of the procedure.
7) You can submit several alternative offers for products from different manufacturers.
8) Mandatory attachment of a dealer certificate when submitting an offer.
9) The organizer of the procedure has the right to conclude an agreement with any legal entity on the part of the buyer.
10) If you submit an offer, it means that you are familiar with all the conditions of the tender and are ready to sign the set of attached contract documents without changes (protocols of disagreements and any additional conditions from the supplier) within 14 calendar days from the date of summing up the procedure.
11) Offers by mail will not be accepted.
