Comments on:
1) Request for proposals with VAT.
2) The volume is for reference. Volume is not fixed.
3) The price of the item is fixed until September 31, 2021. Price changes are not allowed. Shipping to the buyer must be included in the price of the item.
4) Shipment on current applications to ANY of the specified addresses or ANY point of the specified areas.
5) Delivery time is up to 14 calendar days from the time of application.
6) Contract on the form of the procedure organizer.
7) You can submit several alternative offers for products from different manufacturers.
8) Required Dealer Certificate Attachment when you submit an offer.
9) The procedure organizer is entitled to enter into a contract with any legal entity on the part of the buyer.
10) If you submit an offer, you are familiar with all the terms of the tender and are ready to sign a set of attached contractual documents without modification (the minutes of disagreement and any additional terms on the vendor's part) within 14 calendar days from the time the procedure is summed up.
11) Mail offers are not accepted.
