In case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a Top-10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided. Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the proposal.
