IMPLEMENTED DOCUMENTS:

1) The application for participation must be accompanied by an Offer with attachments according to the established pattern and contain key information on the goods / services offered for delivery, terms and conditions of delivery / provision of services, terms of payment, warranty terms.
2) Please read carefully the standard version of the contract. The participant has the right to offer a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The offer is supplemented with certificates or quality passports, for goods in respect of which a certification or certification procedure is provided. In the case of providing services, the Offer is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SROs, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
