Payment terms:the payment has to be made in the following order: 100% of the cost in the amount of each item of the goods within 30 days of the receipt of each unit of the goods and the originals invoicing «Buyer».
Delivery terms:Predpostavka. Delivery of the supplier's expense. Delivery to a warehouse of the customer within 10 days from the date of signing of the specification.

Comments:
1. Adoption of the text of the Treaty Zakazchika2. Dealt only with full predlozhenija3. The planned contract amount is 500 000 rub. 0000 CPC (with tax). 4. Each consignment of products to be delivered, should have the following original supporting documents:-certificate of conformity with a blue print or a passport quality with blue printing, product data sheets, as well as other documents which established federal laws, other normative legal acts of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION-1 copies-the original invoices -1 copy-item shipment (form Torg-12)-2 copies invoice and packing slip in form Torg-12 transferred to the buyer along with the product. 5. The customer has the right to refuse to conclude a treaty without explanation. 6. This lot is the procedure of agreeing prices for the conclusion of a long-term contract and fixing prices for the period of contract validity. 7. The specified quantity in the lot is indicative annual need-is it possible to increase/decrease. 8. Delivery will only be made on the actual needs, with the signing of the specification.
