Payment terms:
100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred deadline is at least 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Other payment terms are agreed upon by the Parties additionally.
Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. The payment currency is the Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments to pay for products based on the results of acceptance, provided the Supplier provides the original documents confirming the quality of the products, waybills and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier to the buyer's warehouse. Shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, South Industrial Zone, Warehousing. Products delivery time: minimum from the moment of signing the Agreement by the Buyer. Quality passport or other quality certifying document is required The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. Other delivery conditions are agreed upon by the Parties additionally.
Products must be accompanied by all required documents confirming their quality and origin.
Comments: MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization, certificate of conformity, permission to use, certificate of a dealer with manufacturing plants or confirmation of the status of a supplier, reference list.
Simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, it is mandatory to provide the documents specified in the procurement documentation.
The conclusion of the contract only in the standard edition of PJSC Southern Kuzbass without a protocol of disagreement (See attachment).
The validity of the proposal (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.
One of the important criteria for evaluating an offer is deferred payment. The preferred grace period is 60 days or more from the date of delivery.
Pay attention! If products of another manufacturer (not the original) or with a different catalog number are offered for delivery, the name of the manufacturer and the changed catalog number must be indicated in the commercial proposal. Also, a letter must be attached to the offer, signed by the head of the enterprise, in which the participant confirms the similarity of the products offered to the original.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
The quantity on request can be changed, in case of change of applications from enterprises.
