Comments: The counterparty must submit documents according to the list:
• Commercial offer indicating the cost of an hour of physical security;
• counterparty card.
- a duly certified copy of the Articles of Association (Articles of Association,
Regulations) and changes thereto;
- a duly certified copy of the Certificate of State
registration of a legal entity (if the counterparty is an individual
entrepreneur - a copy of his passport and a copy of the certificate of state registration
this person as an individual entrepreneur);
- a duly certified copy of the Record Certificate
Unified State Register of Legal Entities (copy of the Certificate of Registration on
tax accounting);
- duly certified copies of documents on the appointment of the head
legal entity (minutes of the General Meeting, order, instruction, if necessary -
contract, etc.), when the contract is signed by another official - a decision (order,
order) granting the right to sign the contract, the power of attorney of the person,
signing the agreement (if signed on the basis of a power of attorney);
- duly certified information on the number of staff of the counterparty,
its property status, composition and value of fixed assets, reputation in the market,
work experience in a particular field.

counterparty, as well as the location of warehouse and (or) production and (or) trade
areas;
- in cases where for the implementation of the type of activity that is the subject
agreement, a license or permission is required - duly certified
copies of these documents, as well as - certificates of admission to a certain type or types
works issued by a self-regulatory organization;
- a duly certified copy of the last balance sheet
reporting date with a copy of the receipt of admission by the tax authorities;
- duly certified copies of the authorization of the competent authority
legal entity to complete a major transaction (related transactions), to complete
a transaction in which there is an interest, in other cases provided for
the current legislation of the Russian Federation or constituent documents
legal entity (if necessary);
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall within the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at the choice of the supplier.
