Payment terms:
No advance is provided. Payment upon receipt of the goods to the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and submission of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with with the recipient's mark. Other proposals from suppliers are also under consideration.
Validity period of the offer of suppliers — not less than 30 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery of Giray, Krasnodar Territory. Delivery time: September 2019.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.
Products should be new, not earlier than the beginning of 2019 year of release.
Comments: 1. Please ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire at the same time as the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization. If the participant fails or fails to comply with this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer or the manufacturer's official dealer or distributor (the participant shall provide the supporting documents at the same time as commercial offer).
4. The cost of the product must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. In addition to provide documents, passports, certificates for products.
Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of holding a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
