When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Comments:
1) Please read the procurement documentation for the tender:
TK No. No. SB2023/31, SB2023/32

2) The estimated need for 2023 + 1 quarter of 2024 is indicated. Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier during 2023 in batches at the request of the buyer.
3) it is mandatory to specify the deadline for fixing the price of your offer for the possibility of a post-shipment.
4) It is necessary to attach a commercial offer in the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-SPECIFY THE COST OF ITEMS with delivery
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, delivery time;
- payment terms;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, official representative) - attach the supplier status confirmation document to the procurement documentation
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
5) It is mandatory to attach relevant technical documentation to the application (certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming quality);
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
