Comments:
1. When submitting an application, it is required to provide completed appendices to the request and pass:
- general accreditation No. 178;
- Accreditation No. 373 "Accreditation for Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety";
From 01.07.2021, companies that have not passed accreditation cannot be selected as the winner of tender procedures.
- accreditation for sustainable development No. 374.
- qualification selection for the groups "Services for REE" and "Services for SMR" (111, 169) No. 627.

2. The submitted technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 1-6) and commercial (Appendix 7), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The procedure takes place in one stage (all applications are submitted at once).
The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 01.07.2021 – Tuesday.


3. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.

4 It is also necessary to consider the form of the contract (available in the procurement documentation).

5 In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.

6. METALLOINVEST Group of Companies uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems (the form of the agreement is available in the procurement documentation).

7. All questions and clarifications must be asked through the "Explanations" tab of the ETP.

8. ATTENTION!!! When submitting the TAP, please note that the design of the room made of aluminum profile and PVC windows in the amount of 1 unit. size L=8000mmx b= 4600mm x h= 3000mm - belongs to the Customer's area of responsibility. In your TCH, take into account the cost of work (according to the SSR) and the cost of materials on the separation sheet.
