This request for proposals consists of the 1st stage!
1. When submitting an application, it is required to provide completed appendices to the request and pass:

2. For procurement participants for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies, it is mandatory to pass the qualification selection for the groups "Services for REE" and "Services for SMR" (111, 169). To do this, you need to pass accreditation No. 627 at the B2B site. The table to fill in is attached to this accreditation. Attachment of any additional documents is not required when filling out this table.
3. Applicants fill out Appendices No. 3,4,5,6 from the file "Request of the TAP with Appendices to fill in" attached to the procurement documentation.
As well as Appendix 2 commercial part. The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 01.07.2021 – Tuesday.
If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
4. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
5. When filling in the "additional fields of proposals", it is necessary to specify information only where there is a "description of the field"

In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
7. METALLOINVEST Group of Companies uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems (the form of the agreement is available in the procurement documentation).
