Comments: The procurement procedure shall be conducted in two stages:
1st stage "Preliminary qualification"
As part of the first stage, Participants must provide a letter of consent to participate in the procurement procedure, indicating the specific Lots in the procurement of which the Participant wishes to participate (in a free form, on the Company letterhead), as well as information about the company and about the experience of similar projects in the format of presentation or letter.
Based on the results of the review of the data provided during the preliminary qualification for each Participant, the Customer will decide to admit him to the next stage.
The participants admitted to the second stage by the Customer will be given the reference samples of uniforms for the manufacture of samples.
Important:
A company that did not participate in the first stage cannot be admitted until the second stage.
2nd stage "Basic"
As part of the main stage, Participants must provide completed offers and samples of products.
Following the results of the second stage, the Customer will evaluate the quality of the samples provided and the commercial conditions offered by the Participants, and decided to choose the winner of the procurement procedures.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
