Comments:
The procurement procedure is carried out in two stages:
1st stage "Prequalification"
As part of the first stage, Participants must provide a letter of consent to participate in the procurement procedure specifying specific Lots in the purchase of which the Participant wants to participate (in free form, on the company letterhead), as well as information about the company and experience in implementing similar projects in presentation format or letters.
Based on the results of the consideration of the data provided during the preliminary qualification, a decision will be made by the Customer regarding each Participant to be admitted to the next stage.
Participants admitted to the second stage by the Customer will be given reference samples of uniforms for the manufacture of samples.
Important:
A company that did not take part in the first stage cannot be admitted to the second stage.
2nd stage of the "Main"
As part of the main stage, Participants must provide completed Questionnaires-offers and product samples.
Based on the results of the second stage, the Customer will assess the quality of the samples provided and the commercial conditions proposed by the Participants, and decide on the selection of the winner of the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
