For Qualification, we ask you to attach supporting documents for each of the qualification requirements, which are listed below
Mandatory Qualification requirements for the Participant:
- license in accordance with
Part 15 of clause 1 of Article 12 of the Federal Law of 04.05.2011 N 99-FZ
Article 24.1 of the Federal Law of 21.12.1994 N 69-FZ
- the presence of buildings (structures, premises) owned by the Company on the right of ownership or on another legal basis, for the accommodation of employees, equipment, tools and technical means;
- availability of equipment, tools, technical means, including measuring instruments, according to the list provided for in Part 4. Article 24 of the Federal Law "On Fire Safety", which have passed verification and technical documentation for them;
- the presence of an employee who has concluded an employment contract, who has a higher or secondary vocational education in the specialty "Fire safety", or higher education in the field of training "Technosphere safety" (profile - "Fire safety"), or other higher education, subject to obtaining additional professional education according to a standard additional professional program - a professional retraining program, approved by the licensing authority, and having at least 5 years of work experience in organizations engaged in the installation of fire automation systems in positions related to the installation of fire automation;
- the presence in the staff of employees performing work on the installation of fire automation systems of at least 3 people;
- obtaining additional professional education by persons performing work on the installation of fire automation systems at least once every 5 years according to standard additional professional programs - advanced training programs.

Fire safety measures: fire alarm system – automatic; automatic fire extinguishing system – not installed.
Measures of protection against illegal actions: security alarm system, access control system, video surveillance, passive protection means, physical security.
