3) Scanned copy of the completed and signed by the authorized person with the seal of the questionnaire of the counterparty,
4) Scan-copy of the completed and signed consent for the processing of personal data. It is filled and signed only by those individuals who will be indicated in the questionnaire of the counterparty,
5) Scanned copies of documents on the list.
Attention: Without confirmation of the intention to participate in the tender and signing NDA, we will not be able to send you a package of tenders.
