Lot 1: Cleaning services for premises and external areas;
Lot 2: Maintenance of administrative office buildings
(Participant can participate both in two Lots and in one).
To participate in the procurement event, the supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" signifies acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will bear the liability for failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law. ; $
2. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire signed by the authorized person (pdf and word format);
3. Provide financial statements (scan copies), as well as the completed file "Fin.reporting" (excel).
- If the last available report is annual, then the last 2 years must be reported, and the last column is not filled in in the balance model and P&L.
- If the last available report for the quarter/half-year/9 months, then it is necessary to submit reports for 3 periods: respectively quarter/half-year/9 months of the last year+2 previous years. The reporting period of the previous two years is one year.

When submitting documents, please indicate the lot number you plan to participate in.
