1. Creating a list of interested participants.
a) The participant makes his details in the main contract. If necessary, the participant draws up a protocol of disagreements to the contract.
b) The participant fills out a questionnaire.
The participant uploads the above documents (contract and questionnaire) to the procedure.
Information on the cost, address program and equipment will be communicated to the selected participants as part of the procedure for contact information from the attached questionnaire.
