Payment terms:
Payment is made with deferred payment within 60 calendar days after delivery of the products to the Buyer's warehouse. In case of Supplier's refusal to fulfill obligations under this Agreement, the Supplier is obliged to pay the Buyer a penalty in the amount of 20% of the contract value.

If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
