Ranking of bids

It is mandatory for the counterparty to submit documents according to the list:
• A commercial offer with an indication of the cost according to the Requirements Specification, the conditions for advance payment and the settlement procedure;
• counterparty card.

Regulations) and amendments thereto;
- a duly certified copy of the Certificate of State
Registration of a legal entity (if the counterparty is an individual
entrepreneur - a copy of his passport and a copy of the certificate of state registration
of this person as an individual entrepreneur);
- a duly certified copy of the Certificate of Entry in the
Unified State Register of Legal Entities (copy of the
Tax Registration Certificate);
- duly certified copies of the documents on the appointment of the head
of the legal entity (minutes of the General Meeting, order, order, if necessary -
contract, etc.), when signing the contract by another official - a decision (order,
order) granting the right to sign the contract, power of attorney of the person
signing the contract (in case of signing on the basis of a power of attorney);
- duly certified information about the number of employees of the counterparty,
its property status, composition and value of fixed assets, reputation in the market,
work experience in a particular field.

make a transaction in which there is an interest, in other cases provided
for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation or the constituent documents
of the legal entity (if necessary).
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Other payment terms are possible, discussed additionally.
