Payment terms:
95% of the value of the goods is paid to the bank account of the provider within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing the call tag.
5% of the value of the delivered goods is paid to the bank account of the provider within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the act performed by the NDP and coaching, but not later than 65 calendar days from the moment of signing the call tag, if delay in commissioning and (or) the briefing occurred through no fault of the provider.

Supplier upon receipt of the above notice shall, within 15 working days to fulfil the NDP and instruct on equipment operation five specialists of the buyer within 3 days.
