Payment terms:100% payment for the received goods (consignment) not earlier than 15 calendar days and not later than 20 calendar days after acceptance of the goods in quantity and quality at the Buyer's warehouse and providing the Buyer with the invoice and documents provided for in clause 3.1.4 of this agreement.
