When supplying products Supplier shall provide a documentation package which includes: the originals of the invoices, product invoice, waybill (CMR), railway receipt for the goods to be transported, passport certificate of quality according to the requirements of NORMATIVE DOCUMENTATION; where appropriate, the certificate of conformity GOST r certification system, allowing the use of GOST r, hygienic, ecological and other certificates, if this product is subject to a specified certification under the law mean RF standard, which comes (the STF, etc.).
The supplier guarantees the quality of the supplied products in accordance with all applicable standards, approved for this kind of product. The supplier guarantees that the product is new, not restored, and is not used.
Packaging, if there are any, must ensure full safety and protect products from damage during transport and storage in accordance with existing regulations.
1. Party request for proposals necessarily must be a manufacturer or an authorized dealer (representative) of the manufacturer. Dealer (representative) must submit documents confirming the status of the provider as the official dealer of the manufacturer's representative, preserving all guarantee obligations of the manufacturer.
2. Party request for proposals must have the necessary professional knowledge and experience, have the resource capacity (financial, logistic, production, labour), managerial competence, positive reputation.
3. Party request for proposals should not have losses for the latest fiscal year and quarter (form No. 2 "profit and loss").
4. Party request for proposals should not have the decision on suspending the activities taken in the manner prescribed by the code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation on the day of the consideration of Proposals for competitive negotiations.
5. Party request for proposals should not have unpaid taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to the budgets of any level or State non-budgetary funds over the completed reporting periods.
6. Party request for proposals must have full civil capacity for the conclusion and execution of the contract.
7. Party request for proposals must not be insolvent or bankrupt, be in the process of liquidation. Principal economic activities should not be suspended.
8. Party must necessarily indicate the manufacturer of the goods, and also confirms this (providing a copy of the technical documentation on the product data sheets, certificates of conformity with the corresponding proof marking of goods).
9. Party necessarily points to offer real time delivery (selecting it a separate column for each item).
10. Party necessarily indicates in the offer validity period of offers.
11. Request for proposals for participants who have a contractual relationship with the JSC "Moskoks", you must upload documents strictly in accordance with the list (attached);

h. Liquidity balance during the reporting period (form 1-form 2-balance profit or loss) with Mark IFTS.
i. Document with specimen signatures and stamp managers
(k). Information about judicial proceedings, which (was) involved as a participant in the l. Information about the availability of claims and requirements of supervisory authorities for the last year (or lack thereof)
(m). Copies of documents certifying the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal person without power of Attorney
12. the participant has the right to apply to the request for proposals, the organizer of the procurement procedures with the questions for clarification of the request for proposals, as well as obtain detailed information from the Organizer on the conditions and modalities of purchases (with the exception of information that is confidential or trade secret).
13. the participant request for proposals has the right to apply to the organizer with the proposal to extend the deadline of the enrollment.
14. to participate in the request for proposals procedure can any legal or natural person, either merging those persons legally capable of delivering products and to carry out the required work.
On the results of the request for proposals, the organizer shall notify the winner of one of the following ways: letter (fax); by email; on the phone.
The organizer reserves the right to choose the method of notification.
The organizer reserves the right to not explain the rest of the request for proposals, its outcome.
The winner will be invited within three days at the conclusion of the contract.
