Comments:
Participant shall upload a commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and executed on a company's letterhead paper, quality passport and conformity certificate. Official dealership agreement is required. The quotation submitted via B2B-Center e-marketplace shall conform to the price stated in the commercial proposal. Questionnaire in the form of Attachment 2 shall be completed, and balance sheet report over 2017 shall be attached. Tax Clearance Certificate and extract from USRLE shall be attached.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
