Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer upon receipt of a duly issued invoice in the Buyer's name from the Supplier. The Buyer shall pay 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods (works, services) and the Parties sign the Act acceptance or transfer (Service, Work Act) or other document confirming delivery (service, work).
The "Request for Proposals" participant recognized as the winner must open a current account with Lanta Bank (JSC) within 5 (5) days from the date of completion of the Request for Proposals the purpose of making payments under the contract for which the request for proposals was made
