11. The purpose of the work.
11.1. The lining of the spare 19 (nineteenth) arch for the 24-chamber ring kiln according to the Riedhammer project.
12. List and scope of work performed.
12.1. Carry out work on lining the existing light steel cover (arch) with high-temperature fiber materials, install gas burners on the arch in accordance with drawings №401RCM-18 -000288 ZN - 110862, №401RCM-18-000288 ZN - 111885 and requirements "Lightweight chamber cover for cassette ring furnace. Instructions for use".
12.1.1. Coating the inner surface of the arch with a refractory roll
material - 0,096 m³.
12.1.2. Lining of the inner surface of the arch with fibrous refractory blocks — 10.77 m³.
12.1.3. Device of inspection holes, torch tubes — 31 pcs.
12.1.4. Frame installation: burner, inspection hole, thermoelements, measuring, inspection hole — 31 devices.
Materials for lining the lid and all components for gas burners are provided by the Customer.
If it is necessary to perform additional works not provided for in this task, the Contractor performs them on a separate task of the Customer with the compilation of estimates with indexes and coefficients, to be used in the estimate of the bulk of work of this task.$

5. Requirements to the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work.
5.2. To clarify the conditions of performance of works, familiarization with objects it is necessary to arrive representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
5.3. The Contractor in his commercial offer shall indicate the payment procedure and other conditions.
5.4. Construction and lifting equipment, installation equipment, loading mechanisms, tools and all consumables for them (oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials), SIZ, electrowelding, gas-cutting and other equipment necessary for carrying out works is provided by the Contractor
5.5. Materials and components from the Customer's warehouse to the place of installation is delivered by the Contractor.
5.6. Certification of the head, engineering and performers on industrial safety and labor protection at the GCO according to Annex 1.
5.7. Provision of safety and safety measures for on-site work.
5.8. In case of reasonable comments to the personnel on the quality of performed works, violation of safety, as well as violations of administrative nature, at the request of specialists of the Customer the Contractor is obliged to replace these employees immediately.
5.9. Performed not qualitatively work should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
5.10. Placement in sanitary facilities of workers employed for the performance of this work is made by the Contractor. The customer, if available, can arrange placement of workers on a contractual basis.
5.11. The Contractor shall develop and agree with the Customer estimates, linear schedule of work performance, ERP, PPR and technological maps for all necessary works - within a period of no more than 15 calendar days after announcement of the winner of the competitive procedure.
5.12. The removal of garbage of all categories, to landfills of receiving industrial waste, is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, on the preliminary request of the Contractor. The costs of waste disposal of all categories, at landfills of receiving industrial waste, are borne by the Customer.
5.13. Loading of garbage is carried out by forces and mechanisms of the Contractor.
6. Conditions of work.
6.1. Work in an existing enterprise. The operating hours of the enterprise are 24 hours a day.
7. Deadline of the work.
7.1. Commencement of works — October 2019
7.2. Completion of works — October 2019

—The Contractor shall provide the following documents to the Customer prior to the issuance of the Work Permit: copies of documents confirming the presence in the contractor organization of labor protection service and/or occupational safety specialist (order on appointment to a position in the contractor organization, certificate specialist of labor protection) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
