Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The buyer makes payment within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch of products according to the specification to the buyer's warehouse on the basis of the original invoices and consignment notes, taking into account clause 5.8 of the Agreement.
Payment for the Products is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of the date specified in the TORG-12 consignment note in the "Date of issue" field.
