Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and the provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of bills of lading with the recipient's mark. Other payment terms are also considered.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days
Delivery terms:Delivery time: 7 working days from the date of sending the application.
Delivery is carried out on request.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the price of the product.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. Offers are submitted taking into account the cost of delivery, the cost of delivery is highlighted in a separate line.

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
