Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:. Payment is due upon delivery of the goods (merchandise invoice signed by the parties) based on invoices. The advance is not provided. Applications containing a condition on the advance will not be considered.
Delivery terms:1. Products must be new, not used, not restored. 2. The supplier undertakes to supply products, past the mandatory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. If the products are not subject to certification, to provide a written confirmation. 3. Provision of passports, warranty card, instruction in the Russian language, the certificate of conformity for the products at the moment of delivery of goods to a warehouse is required.
