Auto-extension

Payment terms:Not earlier than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of spare parts and performance of work.
Delivery terms:Execution of work by the contractor in the contractor's service center and at the location of the customer's equipment in the Kursk region.

Comments:
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The term for the delivery of spare parts and the performance of work in calendar days from the date of application;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Service center addresses of the contractor;
- A bid security (bank guarantee) may be required in case the commercial proposal implies an advance payment (in full or partly). In case an advance payment exceeds RUB 1 000 000 (incl. VAT) the Supplier/ Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee at a bank included in Top-10 according to a ranking by the Russian Central Bank. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Copies of the documents specified in the request must be attached to the proposal.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
