Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1. 100% payment after shipment to the buyer within 20 bank days.
2. 100% payment after receipt at TD Polymteall warehouse within 30 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices indicate conditions (pickup from supplier warehouse). No transportation costs are paid in the cost of the products. The cost of the products include packing and if necessary crate of the goods.
2. Specify the product's delivery time and shipment address.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify product ratio. If a dealer, representative, or distributor, attach the status documents.
4. Attach documents confirming the product's manufacturer and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. The products must be new, not used. The products must meet the attached technical task;
6. Specify warranty terms for the Item. It must be calculated from the time the TMC enters service.
7. Specify the dimensions of each item and the common lot (mass, volume).
8. On shipment, a packing sheet must be attached to each cargo seat according to the form set by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo area.
9. When forming an application to participate in the procedure, fill in the additional offer fields (5 pcs). The fields should be filled in informatively, without comment - "in KP".
Extras (not a prerequisite):
If the Goods can be delivered on terms (Buyer's Warehouse/Port Magadan), the offer must be made as an alternative CP to the announced procedure. Shipping costs must be specified in the KP by a separate line.
The criteria for determining Winner
1. Compliance with the proposed products to the terms of the technical task, Customer's approval.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Magadane.
3. Item ready time for shipment.
4. Participant's relation to products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.

Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
