Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the Far North regions to the Facility, the packaging of cargo arriving in containers should ensure the safety of cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo handling. The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96.

Comments:
1) Please NOTE:!! delivery of goods according to all requirements of transportation of dangerous goods Class 2.
2) Mandatory loading of the following documents; commercial offer, Certificate of goods.
3) Upon delivery, the entire list of documents required for the sea transportation of Class 2 exhaust gases must be provided.
4) The products must be accompanied by: a product quality certificate / passport, cylinders must be re-certified. they must be equipped with caps and rubber rings.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
6) This offer request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer
8) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
9) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the Far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo labeling").
