Comments:
In order to participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be reinforced:
1. The commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization with the following information:
- the period of project implementation in calendar days;
- price per unit (lot) of goods in rubles including VAT;
- guarantee period;
- terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of GC Rusagro);
- Experience in the market - at least 3 years. Specify experience with Rusagro-fly;
2. Reference sheet for similar projects. The reference sheet should contain: the name of the project, the types of work done there, the counterpart and the time period
3. Balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
4. In the case of providing a bank guarantee: a letter from the Bank!
5. Locally estimate calculation.
6. Extract from the SRO registry (not a certificate !!!). The limit of liability must exceed the sum of the offer.
