The manufacturer of equipment must have a Certificate of registration of equipment in the State Register of Measuring Means, confirming compliance with the requirements established in the Russian Federation Federation to similar products. It is obligated to deliver in packaging and packaging that meet standards, specifications and ensure the safety of products during loading and transportation.
In the delivery of equipment, maintenance documentation shall be provided in the composition and volume sufficient for commissioning and maintenance (including technical descriptions, instruction manuals, commissioning manuals, operator manuals of all subsystems, standard settings, software installation manuals, program descriptions and methodologies testing) equipment, including included in the purchase (from third parties) hardware and software.
The manufacturer shall ensure that the quality of the equipment meets the requirements of these technical requirements. The warranty period must be at least 60 months from the date of entry of the equipment into commercial operation.
It is necessary to have Russian-language technical support in the 60x7 scheme on the territory of the Russian Federation, including for the possibility of coordination and implementation of post-warranty services, delivery spare parts and repair of equipment.$
