Payment terms:Payment is made in the following order: 30% advance, final settlement within 5 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing the documents.
Delivery terms:Quality requirements according to the passports (documents) for the goods delivered. Certificates of conformity for goods must be provided.

Comments:
By agreement of special terms and conditions, there is NO NEED to have an DS for submitting a price offer. This procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer.
