Comments: 1) CP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature, attach to boot documentation.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- CMA cost with VAT at the warehouse provider (specify address)
- term of manufacturing and supply of products to the warehouse of the supplier
- the dimensions of packages (L X W X H), weight, type of packaging, number of packages, the address of the supplier's warehouse)
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- Products must be new, not used;
- warranty product provider
3) to SOE shall be accompanied by certificates, passport, other documents certifying the quality of the goods;
4) criteria for choosing the best offer: the term of delivery, price, payment terms, quality, experience, agree to the terms of our contract forms;
5) before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see example in procurement
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of goods, copies of documents to send to the customer by email request this procedure offers is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
