Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:30% advance payment within 10 business from contract conclusion with the selected Supplier, 70% within 10 business days from delivery of the products to the specified warehouse, cost of delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the cost of products, delivery cost shall be indicated in a separate field.
Delivery terms:Criteria for selection of the best proposal: compliance with the request, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience.
This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449.1 of the Russian Central Committee.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this application request procedure does not impose this amount of civil liability on the Customer.

Comments:
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1. Supplier - communications data, including a representative.
2. Supplier's attitude to the product is the manufacturer, the manufacturer's representative, the dealer, the free seller.
3. Manufacturer of goods.
4. Price per unit of production (excluding VAT 20% and VAT 20%))
4.1. For goods produced by the Russian Federation,
4.1.1. the price of the goods in the supplier's warehouse (indicate the city of shipment) subject to self-delivery.
4.1.2. the price of the goods provided by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Amursk (at auto delivery) / railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when sending in 20"/40" containers on railway)/ Railway station Soap (when sent in cars by railway).
4.2. for goods, foreign-made, shipped from abroad.
4.2.1. The price of the goods at the customs clearance point on the terms of delivery of the DDP port.... / (indicate the customs clearance point - TO) subject to self-delivery.
The price of the goods shall include all costs at customs clearance point: delivery to CCP, costs of customs clearance, costs of storage during customs clearance, costs of closing the warehouse, costs of loading the goods on the appropriate transport.
The price for the goods can be specified in rubles or in foreign currency at the rate on the day of payment.
4.2.2. the price of the goods provided by the supplier to the supplier's warehouse in Amursk (at auto delivery) / railway station Komsomolsk-on-Amur (when sending in 20" /40" containers on railway) / Railway station Soapki (when dispatched in cars by railway) - when sending in cars on railway) - when indicating the price of products at the point of TO in the rubles.
