Delivery terms:Путем доставки до склада покупателя, по указанным реквизитам. Учитывая факт дальнейшей транспортировки Товаров в районы Крайнего Севера на Объект упаковка груза, поступающего в таре должна обеспечивать сохранность груза в процессе его транспортировки, хранения (накопления) и грузопереработки. Груз должен удовлетворять требованиям ГОСТа 15846-2002 и ГОСТа 14192-96 (обрешётка/ящик)

КП необходимо оформить на официальном бланке с печатью и подписью руководителя и прикрепить к загрузочной документации.
В КП необходимо указать:
1) Стоимость ТМЦ с НДС, с учетом доставки до склада Покупателя, с учетом упаковки (Упаковка должна быть только согласно требованиям ГОСТа 15846-2002 и ГОСТа 14192-96). Стоимость должна быть конечной, твердой, включать все доп. расходы (упаковка, маркировка и пр.).
2) Отношение к продукции - свободный продавец, дилер, представитель, производитель и пр
