Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Prepayment of 70% within 5 working days after the conclusion of the contract, 30% within 5 working days after delivery; in the form of cashless payment.
Delivery terms:
The price includes all costs of the Supplier related to the execution of the relevant Contract, including:
* taxes, duties, fees and other mandatory payments that the Supplier must pay in connection with the fulfillment of obligations under the Contract in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
* costs of manufacturing, packaging, testing, quality presentation, certification, labeling, preservation, packaging, delivery of products;
All of the above costs relate to the price of the products.
