Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Postponement of payment from the date of delivery of products to the buyer's warehouse up to 90 calendar days are ready to consider other options for payment terms.

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the procedure means agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
2) It is necessary to attach a Commercial offer IN THE FORM OF Appendix No. 1, 2, IN EXEL FORMAT in the attachment, fill in all the sheets, indicating the following conditions (Without this application, the Technical AND Commercial Proposal is not accepted):
-SPECIFY THE COST of ITEMS with delivery
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
- terms of payment;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) Certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming quality must be attached to the products; Reference list. Technical and Commercial Proposals will not be accepted without these documents.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, art. 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
