Ranking of bids

Delivery terms:Preferred terms of delivery are a fine for failure to meet delivery deadlines of 20% of the cost of equipment, a fine for violation of delivery deadlines of equipment of 2% of the cost of equipment for each day of delay in the flesh until full fulfillment of obligations for the supply of equipment, a fine for the supply of equipment of inadequate quality of 20% of the cost of equipment.
